My Wife Bought a 2023 Kia Forte from you and she has nothing but great things to say about your sales rep Mike from the moment she stepped in the door. Mike was very helpful and made her experience very pleasant ,she felt confident that Mike was going to do what ever it took to give her quality customer service . The day she picked up her car he thoroughly took the time to explaining the warranty and carefully reviewed all the paperwork to complete the sale. My wife s all smiles and very happy . If you’re looking for a new car or even a used car Orillia Kia is the place to go! Everyone in the building is beyond helpful and friendly. My experience with them has been nothing but exceptional. Dean (sales manager) and Paul (parts and service) are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond with any services/questions you have. My purchase was so smooth and hassle free. Anytime I had a question/concern Dean was there to save the day! A very family feel when you’re in there. They make sure they stand by what they put out! Never in my life ever thought I would buy a Kia. Was randomly kicking tires one day in the Orillia and Barrie area looking for something to replace one of my vehicles that was on it's way out. Stopped by Orillia Kia because they were the only ones open later on a Saturday afternoon. That quick stop in to kicking tires ended up having me purchase 2 vehicles at the same time! Was first greeted and met with Dave who put absolutely no pressure on me whatever, just let me take my time, gave me my space when I needed it and just answered any questions I had. He asked how Interested I was, and at the time I said moderately interested, but he treated me like I was the #1 customer in the world, although he had no inclination of a sale that day (and I had no inclination of buying!). He was just that good. The following business day, Dave was off and Jeff the sales manager was tasked with taking care of us. Just when I thought the customer service couldn't get better, Jeff showed us it was possible and guided me through the entire process, gave me his personal number and e-mail, always promptly answering questions and guiding me along the whole process. It was at this time I decided to buy the second vehicle only two days after buying the first. From there I was passed along to the service department headed up by Eddie. Eddie is meticulous in his safety inspection making sure everything was safe, reliable and absolutely nothing was skimmed over. Made sure not to cut corners but made sure my family would be in good hands in their new Kia. 1 month later I had a slight issue with the one vehicle, I brought it back to Eddie who dropped everything he was doing, put it up on the hoist, quickly found the problem and fixed it with no questions asked. I may have had no intention of buying that day, I may never of thought I would shop for a Kia, but purely on the customer service alone, I have become an Orillia Kia customer for life.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Dean the sales manager there was extremely informative and professional. Listen to what I needed and went above and beyond to get me into a new 2024 kia ex plus. 100% Would recommend anyone looking for a car!

My husband brought my car to the dealership for a service 1 oil change. When I called to book an appointment for this oil change, and when my husband asked to confirm the price, a service advisor named Jackson told him the price would be roughly $115 plus tax for a synthetic oil change for my car. Surprise, when my husband got the bill, it was higher by $26 than it should have been. When my husband asked why, Jackson told him that my car took an extra liter of oil. When I called to ask about this, at first Jackson said, "I do not recall," and later in the conversation, he said, "No, I said the price may be higher depending on the type of oil and filter that the car takes." When I asked to speak to the service manager, at first Jackson didn't transfer me to him at all but just said that "there is not a whole lot we can do about this now." Then, when I insisted on speaking to the manager, he said the manager was unavailable because he was in a meeting. I usually take my car to Barrie Kia for service, but I do know that Barrie Kia and Newmarket Kia both have roughly the same price for my car oil change, and I have never been charged anything extra because the car takes 5.8 litres of oil. I believe Orillia Kia is being dishonest and discourteous with customers. I will tell my friends and colleagues not to visit Orillia Kia based on this experience, and I definitely won't be going back.

Although we didn't purchase here, we had a great experience with Dave. He was friendly and was great to our 11-year-old who joined us to rate back seat comfort. They have nice vehicles, but they sell quickly.

I bought my 2023 Sportage here in Orillia and now have an issue with my wipers, back one and passenger side quit working, called Jan 18, 2024 to service to get it fixed and was told that I would have to wait for 2 weeks to get an appointment. 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!! to get my wiper fixed???? this is ridiculous, this is not an oil change this a safety issue, what am I supposed to do?? not drive my car. I have a job. It is totally unacceptable to have to wait for 2 weeks to get this foxed. Called Barrie Kia Jan 22 and got an appointment for Jan 23, I will no longer be taking my car to Orillia KIA. I will drive to Barrie instead.
